About the Event
At this workshop you will have everything needed to make a patch from scraps, reused and reclaimed materials. All fabric, thread, tools and inspiration will be provided. Come create a tiny piece of art that can help mend a hole or jazz up a backpack or jacket.
Learn a little more about ways to utilize existing materials in new ways and reduce waste.
This is a free event. All materials and tools are provided. Materials are 100% post consumer meaning we use only reclaimed, recycled or donated.
Tacoma Sewing Club & Crafting Workshop
Sew Club Tacoma is a “book club style” sewing club designed to grow Tacoma’s sewing community. Sew Club Tacoma is an all-inclusive, safe, and encouraging space where ALL sewing enthusiasts are welcome from every level of the craft!

Remakery Tacoma will host free workshops alongside Sew Club Tacoma, focused on developing mending and sewing skills. Come and learn a new craft! These workshops are open to all ages but are better suited for those familiar with needles and scissors. All materials and tools are provided.
