About the Event
Sewing a tote is a quick and easy way to practice your sewing skills. Plus a tote is such a useful item. At this event you will be able to sew a basic tote bag out of one of a kind and reclaimed fabrics.
This is a free workshop that is open to all ages but is better suited for those familiar with how to use a sewing machine. Participants under the age of 14 must have an adult accompany them. All materials and tools are provided. Materials are 100% post-consumer, meaning we use only reclaimed, recycled, or donated things.
We will also have donated quilt blocks on hand to sew onto the tote for fun.
