About the Event
Have a little fun sewing with others and make a placemat (or 4) for the season. We have lots of pretty, amazing, fun and cute fabric scraps that need to be enjoyed. Make any shape you like. Pumpkin and candy corn patterns will be on hand.
Learn about how to topstitch, sew and turn your work or try out sew-as-you-go techniques or add quilting to the finished piece. So many fun ways to sew with scraps.
This project is great for beginners and advanced sewists. People 14 and younger must have an adult with them for assistance. This is a free event. All supplies, materials, tools and guidance is provided. Materials are 100% post-consumer, meaning we get them donated from the community.
