About the Event
Punch needle art is a super simple form of embroidery which uses a large needle-like tool to punch loops of yarn into your chosen fabric. Punch needles are a fun and easy way to add embroidery thread or yarn to a piece of cloth. At this workshop, you will be able to play with punch needles, learning the basics. Make a small project that can be turned into a rug for your cup or mug.
All materials and supplies are provided at this free event. We use only post-consumer materials like reclaimed yarn and donated embroidery thread. This project is best for those confident using sharp sewing needles.
