Cloak Sewing and Cardboard Shields

With enough fabric, cloaks and capes are quick to sew and create a dramatic addition to any costume. Shields and other accessories can be made out of cardboard. Together capes and shields are fun to play out your medieval dreams, renaissance fantasies, add to any hero costume or just to be more epic. 

This event is perfect for anyone who can use a cardboard saw, hot glue gun and scissors. Sewing machine use is minimal and help with the machines will be available.

This is a free event. All materials, tools, supplies and guidance are provided. Materials are 100% post-consumer meaning we use only reclaimed, recycled or donated items.
